After selecting the size of the items you want to buy using the “ADD TO CART” button.
Once added products to your cart COMPLETE the order by selecting the payment method you prefer: CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER.
In the event of advance payment if we do not receive payment within four days of the order it will be canceled. After each order you will receive via e-mail or phone confirmation of delivery by one of our managers.
Remember to check your e-mail box after the order to know the status of your order and the shipping code.
We ship with GLS courier, with 2/5 working days deliveries.
The shipments are to be paid, unless otherwise notified every time on the site, and the cost is variable depending on the shipping areas that are adequately specified and visible on the site at time of purchase.
During holidays, shipments can be delayed.
Example: if you want to make a Christmas gift for the package by December 25 you’ll want to send the order at least 15 days before.
Items are shipping by GLS courier.
If upon delivery you are not at home, GLS will leave you a notice and will attempt delivery the next day.
On notice you should find all the references for delivery.
If you are not at home at the second delivery, your order will remain in storage at the GLS nearest depot waiting for your own communications to an agreed delivery.
From this moment, upon notice, you can personally pick up the package at the headquarters of GLS expertise within a week.
To prevent tampering with the packs are sealed with our custom adhesive tape.
If you receive a damaged package or tampered accept it subject to control and contact us immediately by phone.
If you do not receive your order within 8 days of delivery we ask you to contact us to check the situation and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
